About the Job:
Biz Sites is an award-winning marketing agency with the goal to grow businesses through a variety of digital marketing services, including: Websites, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Graphic Design and Content Creation. We’re located here in beautiful Wollongong, NSW.
We’ve built a large portfolio of working with organisations within Australia and internationally. We’re looking for an ambitious Digital Designer that will create stunning digital assets.

The Role:
This role is in-person here at our Wollongong office with hybrid work options.
The role is full-time role.
In this role, you will work closely with our Social Media Manager, Marketing Assistant, Website Developer and Director to help bring our client’s marketing campaigns to life. Below is a list of things that are involved with the role:
- Creating graphics for client marketing materials, social media, websites, and promotional content.
- Design logos and comprehensive branding packages.
- Elevating and refining client-provided images and videos for use in digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
- Taking ownership of design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Utilising various software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and Canva for the creation of captivating visual assets.
- Communicating effectively with clients, presenting design concepts, and incorporating feedback to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Adapting to evolving client needs, industry trends, and technological advancements in digital design and marketing to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Staying informed about design trends and industry best practices to infuse innovative and creative solutions into client projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience and knowledge of the basic principles of Graphic Design and Digital Content Creation.
